No one, not even the Stormcloaks, ever call him, or address him as, the emperor of Tamriel. He is only called the ruler of The Empire, or the Emperor.

 

and no, the Redguards, Dunmer, and Argonians, none of which are part of the AD, dont see him as the Emperor of Tamriel, since he doesn't rule over their nations, which are part of Tamriel. they address him as the leader of the Empire, but not of Tamriel as a whole.

Everything looks good with those. They're in place for the possibility that the garrison resets might fail so we know what aliases and what location was being affected.

Ok, I am still no where near any CW action, I am working long hours recently so not likely to be much use, I guess the release will be up before I get anywhere close to being helpful this time around.

Those can all be ignored.

 

The WE31 CK warning is bogus. The encounter works properly despite it.

 

The non-persistent ref was up to the CK to decide, it didn't set it, so it can pound sand. Especially since that's not something the CK will let you set manually.

 

The last group means basically nothing. The game doesn't care - they still show up as expected.

 

This kind of thing is as bad as what I've seen in the few times I've loaded mods into the GECK for NV. Piles of bogus errors that have no impact on the game.

[uSKP 2.0.5 beta] The Slaughterfish are still hostile in my game although I have the Voice of the Sky blessing. Either the 15894 fix does not work, or it is non retroactive.

Are the other animals only affected by the Voice of the Sky blessing but not the slaughterfish or do you use a mod that edit the slaughterfish somehow?

I'd have to go with not retroactive then, because the fix is there. Though, if it truly doesn't work there's nothing that can be done about that and it would make no sense whatsoever.

Yes, the other animals (spiders, sabre cats, mudcrabs, etc) are affected by the Voice of the Sky and are friendly. My mod list is very tiny and I checked with TES5Edit : Slaughterfish are only modified by USKP.

Did you test it on a new game ? I can make a test with a new character to be sure, if you want.

 

Sorry to ask this, Arthmoor, because I don't have your expertise at all, but are you sure it's not like with the vampires ? If I understand correctly what you wrote in the 13482 entry, you first tried to make KynesPeaceFaction enemy of Vampire Faction (like you set SlaughterfishFaction as friend with KynesPeaceFaction), and it turned out that this faction change had no effect. You wrote :

Faction changes did not fix the problem - they had no effect. Returning this to open status, backing out the changes for 2.0.4.

I have not checked it with a new game, no. Due to not having my AC I haven't had as much time as I'd like to check stuff like that over the last week or so. If you could try that out I'd appreciate it.

 

The Vampire thing was because the game was giving precedence to the friendly faction rating. This silly engine of theirs has always done this. That's why we're pulling all those vampires out of PreyFaction in the next UDGP update. It simply never should have been done.

FYI, Slaughterfish are not affected by Voice of the Sky, but they are affected by the Kyne's Peace shout. I don't know if it can help you.

 

And ok, I will test Voice of the Sky on a new game.

I don't have permission to use the bug tracker, so I'll post this here:

I have a lot of mods in my Skyrim installation, but the Unofficial Skyrim Patch is at the top. I recently completed Tending the Flames, but when Viarmo was supposed to light the effigy, the damn thing wouldn't burn. Disabling USKP fixed it.

The glitch only occurs when I have USKP enabled, and I've tried it with both the May 2014 and July 2014 versions of USKE.

TES5Edit shows the USKP as editing the record.  I cannot find anything in the change log as to why. Does anyone have any documentation on the edit?

The min/max distances were adjusted apparently to match the template package.  This causes followers to hang further back.

 

The purpose of using a package that has another as a template is not so that the values should be the same, but so the values could be tweaked for the assigned actors without adjusting the template which is used elsewhere.  Unless there is solid evidence that requires followers to hang further back, this should probably be reverted.

The former is certainly true.

The latter was probably an attempted fix for followers being too close and blocking doorways.... In which case, it's still not big enough, they commonly block doorways.

Or it needs to be closer.

 

I'm currently toying with the idea of two follower packages.  One where when weapons/magic are not out they follow much closer.  When weapons/magic are out they hang back at the stock value.  There is an issue where they'll push the player if you've been running and suddenly stop.  However, a gradual reduction in speed avoids it so in a sense that is a "realistic" behaviour.

 

If I weren't doing that, I wouldn't have noticed what the USKP had done.

Hotfix update 2.0.5a: No more psychotic Anoriath. Apparently the ONLY existing "patrol and hunt" package always makes the hunter go aggro on anything and everyone if they're still near other NPCs. Can't have that.

Bug #14461:  I received that papyrus error with the 'BQPlayerScript' that Screwball posted (above) several days back. I already posted the alias dump output (in addition to the papyrus error) in the tracker ticket. I can also try to get a save uploaded.
