It may be because I'm not using the beta version of Skyrim...but when I do the farm owner start, the farm house isn't there except for the door. The first time I tried I got one of those ctd's that I sometimes get. The next two times I got the house with just the door from the outside.

A CTD? Which version of the game are you running?

 

And does setting the "is full LOD" box on the farmhouse ref keep it from vanishing?

Found a couple of minor bugs in their AI schedule, nothing CTD-worthy. I've also packed the dialogue as .fuz files now. Good lord, that took things from 29MB to 7MB in the .bsa. Also checked the LOD flag. Results uploaded. I'm thinking that this is probably good at this point, but one more verification can't hurt anything.

The most recent public released version with the SKSE version that supports that one is the one I'm running.I'm not even sure this mod was the cause of that ctd, even though that is when it happened.I'll download you latest package and see what happens.

Yeah, the spoiler tags where you click the button and they open up, rather than the kind I did here that are styled how these things USED to be done.

If I just used this to start the game, can I install the new version over the old? I chose the camp start, where you're just outside Helgen. The quest has stopped, iirc.

I hadn't read the readme in the download. I read the mod description at one point and it didn't say what it does now. Perhaps a timing issue. I wasn't playing Skyrim at the time and didn't worry too much about it.Anyway sounds like I'd be fine. Mod descriptions and readme answer my question now. I was curious about the scope of the changes.Thanks for not being grumpy! lmao.gif

I've got a few other mods acting up too. Please tell me again: why in the fuck did Beth decide that Papyrus was a fabulous idea? *tears hair out* This log was tiny - a mere 47, 273 KB. I've got one from a couple of days ago that's 139,267 KB!!!!!! It's not just LAL. I'm having problems with a couple of other mods, both by what I consider experienced modders. Anyway, can I do anything about those? I'm running the new version.

Erm. Ok. Let's sort this out so we can avoid grumpydom :P (btw, Nexus staff actually removed a post with a false bug report when I got fed up and reported it as such, imagine that)

These are from the Paarthurnax mod. Unless you didn't install the BSA or something I can't see how that would happen. And then right after complaining the file is missing it says it can't bind it because the types don't match? Um... I got nothing. No idea WTF is going on here. So let's move on :P

Yes, those are indeed missing because they'd do little good now that all the forms have changed.

This too because the Paarthurnax mod no longer has that. That's from me having to change the assault detection method.As long as the mods are working I wouldn't worry about this. Papyrus will NEVER give up informing you of the obvious in this case.

You should see the Papyrus log on my Argonian. Ugh.

Unfortunately my framerates are diving big time. Since I'm not doing any development atm, my best course of action is to disable debugging then?Mods are installed correctly - I used BAIN. :grinning: God I hate Papyrus. *sigh*

It did. I'm back to 40-60 fps again. It had dropped to 24, which was quite noticeable to me. I was experiencing Oblivion-like stutter. Oblivion is pretty much unplayable to me now, the stutter is so bad. My Oblivion fps is pretty bad - 7-10 fps. I need a new video card.

Very strange issue here: Live Another Life is causing my game to hang indefinitely on starting a new game. I did the usual tests, updated to latest version, disabled all mods, but nothing worked.I really don't know what else I can tell you. :shrug: EDIT: Looked it up in the readme, turns out I had one of those "no-fly" scripts in my Scripts folder courtesy of some minor edits I made to MQ101 (which recompiled the quest fragment even though I did absolutely nothing to it. Thanks a lot, CK). Deleted it. That should take care of things.Remember peeps: RTFM. :tongue:

Version 2.1

Navmeshes have been refinalized with CK 1.6.89 to update their formats for Patch 1.6. Skyrim 1.6.89 is now required for this mod to function.
All Papyrus scripts have been recompiled to be sure they're in compliance with Patch 1.6's compiled script formats.
House quest starts have been corrected to set the proper starting variable for the ownership quest. Retroactively fixing this will not be necessary for existing games.
A new startup quest has been added to make the Helgen run-up easier to manage. This should kick in retroactively for anyone who hasn't been to the corpse yet.

Speaking of house quest startups....Started with owning Vlindral hall. Mucked around Markarth for a bit, ended up doing No One Escapes Cidnhe Mine. After completing that by killing Madanach, went to talk to Jarl Igmund. He offers Thaneship. I haven't helped 5 people yet, but he doesn't even recognize that I've bought the house, or at least the journal doesn't recognize it. Hoping this will sort itself after helping everyone.Edit: A little further and I've finished helping the 5 people. Raerek still has the option to buy the house, the Jarl does not recognize that I own it. :(I want Argis, dammit!
