Help: Need mesh editing

Uh. Those came out massively off center on the z-axis for some reason. As in, in-game. In the CS they're in the correct position. Tried the 1024 one first which appears to match the size of the previous one.

There was an extra flag for some skeleton bone thing, pulled that out, and turned off the "enable havok" flag in the BSX flags. That put it back to the right position, but I still fell through the mesh trying to walk on it. Maybe this just doesn't work, though I can't see why that would be. I really don't want to have to resort to the gayness of using collision boxes underneath.

Ah, I see what I did. Accidentally exported as a weapon, not a static. So of course that distortion you were seeing was it wigging out over the non-existant skeleton.Try this set.
