How to Install Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch in 2024 ?

How do i install the Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch extactly now in 2024 ?

Because there is not an installation guide or an linked one here.
And i don't know if the guides on YouTube still working because of the DLC Patches needed too ? but removed from nexus.

For just a Test i tried to install it from afk mods with MO2 like normal mod, but the markath banners are now have the green Markath Text on it.

btw. I don't want to use Skyrim SE i want to play Skyrim LE.

The patch requires all the DLC, but it should install like any other mod.

I know thats the confusing part.

I have all dlc's and this error comes up.

I still need the dlc patches too?

If you have the High Resolution Textures pack you will still need the Unofficial High Resolution Patch. That's where the missing Markarth banners come from.

Skyrim.esm
Update.esm
Dawnguard.esm
Hearthfires.esm
Dragonborn.esm
Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch.esp
[Your other ESM files]
HighResTexturePack01.esp (if installed)
HighResTexturePack02.esp (if installed)
HighResTexturePack03.esp (if installed)
Unofficial High Resolution Patch.esp (if HighRes Texture Pack is installed)
[The rest of your mods]
