Cutting Room Floor 3.1.16

About This File

A content restoration mod for Skyrim and the official DLCs.

From the depths of the ether, or just the cutting room floor, comes forth several NPCs, some quests, and other miscellaneous content which was created but never implemented in the game. If ever you had the feeling that Skyrim was missing something, you were probably right! This mod should relieve a bit of that. Villages that were supposed to exist have been brought back. Quests that were partially implemented have been completed. Various items have been restored that were still in the data files. NPCs have been brought back to the game and given homes where appropriate. Plus plenty of other random bits of stuff that was mentioned in the game but didn't exist yet.

NPCs were implemented using the list available on the UESP: https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Unused_NPCs
Unimplemented quests were seeded by the following list on UESP: https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Unfinished_Quests
Some unimplemented items have been added from the following UESP list: https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Unobtainable_Items

What's New in Version 3.1.16

Released

Synced with latest USSEP fixes.
The female farmer, "Jen" should likely have been a male farmer named "Jens" since the key originally made for this NPC was marked that way. Jens is a common Scandinavian male name. (Bug #32902)
Dawnguard added a second map marker for the Windhelm Docks which was never enabled, even though it's referenced by the Ferry travel system.
Thanks to Robert, a bit of navmesh trimming was done in Frost River, Heljarchen, and Stonehills.

That is correct. As long as CRF loads after RDO, there is no need for an RDO patch of any sort.

I know it's been a while since I posted this but thank you for the confirmation.

How many deliveries of Frost River Mead does it take for it to start appearing in the vendor inventories of the inns you deliver it to?

Is this required for any of the AFK village mods? CRF sounds great but I'm a noob modder and it seems to need a lot of patches with other mods. I'm trying to expand Skyrim a little while keeping things (relatively) simple.

CRF is not required for any of my village mods.

While CRF does need some patches for other mods, it's not really correct to say it needs "a lot". Northern Roads needs "a lot". Lux needs "a lot". CRF is nowhere close to either of those in comparison.

Thanks! I will start with a few of the villages, and maybe add CRF for my next playthrough. I never have completed the main quest line and that's my priority this time!

CRF hasn't been updated yet for 1130, so at the moment, right here.

That being said, CRF will be getting updated to 1130 and I don't offer previous versions of anything so the older copies will be gone after that point.

Fixed it , for some reason CRF and Improved Closedfaced Helmets are incompatible and causes  ctd.

Did the packages for Ahlam and Nazeem to stay at Wintersun manor get removed for some reason?

I remember them going to stay at their place at night before but, and I cant really remember when, they stopped doing so...

Having looked through the mod with xedit I can find no packages relating to wintersun manor at all. It's left me scratching my head. :(

The patch is on the JK's Skyrim mod page under miscellaneous files section. Download the JK's Skyrim - Arthmoor's Patch Pack.
