STM Scouter Mod for Oblivion - Does anyone have a copy?

I love this mod it displays a circular status bar around your enemies when you go in attack mode and it is super cool just look it up on Youtube only problem is I don't have the mod files anymore and it's been deleted from nexus mods. If anyone can get me those files I would appreciate it so much. This is literally my favorite Oblivion Mod
