help with skyrim se mod LO

can someone help me please with my load order .. I've downloaded loot. done sort plugins.... i was using a old save mods and everything worked great tell guards attack me out of nowhere. tried command codes didn't work....................deleted file and started a new one long load times/ and crashes to desktop before finishes alt start I've moved it at the very bottom didn't help. thanks

That patch for Better Quest Objectives may be out of date, which would cause problems.

Guards attacking you out of nowhere is an indication of faction issues in your game, not a problem with your load order unless the mods are making unwanted faction changes.

Instability and crashing could be due to mods which have not been properly ported over to SSE from LE. You have a lot of stuff here. Any one of them could be the reason for that if it hasn't been done properly.
