Cain
So, I'm very new to WB, but I had it working well about three hours ago. Installed some mods, ran Skyrim (LE) and verified that they were working (mostly texture mods), and then went to do something else. Came back about 20 minutes ago, and WB doesn't launch. I ran it through the command prompt to get the bug dump, but I have no idea what it's telling me, lol. Any help would be appreciated. I was looking forward to phasing out NMM with this. Beermotor
Welcome Cain. I'm sorry to hear you're having problems getting Wrye Bash to start. Just out of curiosity are you running the Python version or the Stand Alone version? It looks like the Python version in the bug dump but I want to make sure. Could you share any other info on your rig and setup? Also if you want you might try one of the newer builds from the second post in the main WB thread. Follow the "307 WIP Standalone" link if you want to get a copy of the standalone executable or an installer version.
Cain
It's the standalone version - I'm a bit green with all this. I do, however, have UAC turned off (has been for a while), and my Steam directory is in it's own spot on C:, rather than in Program Files x86. I'm using WB with LOOT and, eventually, FNIS, too. My rig: (about a year old) Intel Core i5-6500 3.4Ghz Quad-Core Processor ASRock H110m-HDS Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard G.Skill NT Series 8GB (1x8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory Crucial MX300 525GB 2.5" Solid State Drive Gigabyte Radeon RX 460 4GB WINDFORCE OC Video Card Cooler Master N200 Micro ATX Mini Tower EVGA 430 W1 100-W1-0430-KR 80+ WHITE 430W Power Supply LG GH24NSCOB DVD/CD Writer Edit: Immediately after I posted that reply, I went and gave it another shot - and it loaded right up. S'pose I just gotta keep an eye on it, for now! Beermotor
Beermotor
That's great news. If this happens again please give a shout though. That's certainly unusual.
