Wyre Bash Oblivion Installers Bug

So I open up Wyre Bash and want to access my Installers Tab. I click on Installers Tab, it says "Refreshing Installers, Loading Data..." and then an error shows up:

I exit out of the error, and clicking the Installers Tab again shows the same error. Any idea on how to fix this? I've already uninstalled/reinstalled and that hasn't helped either. I have UAC off, Steam installed Oblivion, Windows 8.1.

If you can reproduce this error, can you run WB in debug mode and create a bug dump please?

Also, have you tried using the latest WIP build of Wrye Bash 307 to see if the issue persists in the latest version? You can find the WIP link in second post in the Wrye Bash thread in this forum.
