Divine shrines in vanilla

Last night I was playing SSE and after a while I notice something I wasn't aware of, or should I say I forgot to add a map marker for in my Skyrim Map Markers mod.

I dunno why I didn't add a map a marker for a Divine Shrine in-game, which are exactly the same for both SLE and SSE, because when I update my mod I always start with SLE first then I clean it in the latest TES5Edit before I convert it to SSE and as a precaution I also clean it in SSEEdit just to make sure it is cleaned.

I took a few pictures just to show you what I discover last night.

The first picture is one location that doesn't have a map marker in my mod and still I can't remember why I didn't add a map marker there in the first place.  I was too tired last night to check this, so I went to bed and today I checked this in SL.

Today after I checked these locations, shown in the pictures above, I realized something I haven't thought before and what I am talking about is how Bethesda placed these Divine Shrines in vanilla.

So I fast travel to a few other locations just to check it out and what caught my attention is about how many Divine Shrines that Bethesda placed in-game for each Divine (Akatosh, Arkay, Dibella, Julianos, Kynareth, Mara, Stendarr, Talos, Zenithar). Some of these Divines seems to have more shrines in the wilderness than the other Divines and one Divine I notice is about Arkay.  It seems Arkay doesn't have more than 3-4 shrines in the wilderness while Talos (currently have their worship banned by the Empire) has more shrines in the wilderness.

One reason for that could be that Talos worship is stronger in Skyrim than in the rest of the Empire and have always been, unless am I mistaken, and most Nords consider Talos of Atmora to be a legendary hero for the natives in Skyrim.

Below are the pictures I took in SLE, because I have discovered more locations in SLE than I had in SSE.

This picture is from Wayward Pass and since the Shrine of Arkay is located there I didn't want to clutter the game map in-game with another map marker in my mod.

Also, all divine shrines that's located in the major cities are not added into my mod due for the separated worldspaces.  Which reminds me about one map marker in particular and that's about a map marker for Shrine of Akatosh shown in the picture below.

The first picture of these two pictures show you where Bethesda placed a Shrine of Akatosh in-game and the second picture, there Lydia is standing, is where I placed a map marker for that Divine shrine in the CK.

Because Betehsda placed that shrine very close to the *cell border* for the Shrine of Akatosh in the CK, in fact too close IMO, and I had no other choice than place a map marker where I stand in second picture, which is a wilderness cell and not in the cell the Shrine of Akatosh belongs to in the CK.

I checked this in the CK and tried to place a map marker there and it was impossible, otherwise the player could end up standing on top of the shrine activator in-game after fast travel there.

I only mention this for modders who plan to add something in that wilderness cell, just to avoid a map marker I added there from being *disabled* by another mod.

My question is; do you think the Divine Shrine, I miss to add a map marker in my mod shown in the first four pictures, is an oversight by Bethesda or not?
