For making new mods, any difference in CK?

Hi all.  I've read the thread about putting existing mods through ck for SSE compatibility, and the one about packing .bsa for SSE, but I was wondering if there were any major differences when making a new mod.

Or, if someone has done a tutorial yet, could I please be pointed toward it.  Unfortunately, I'm not the most technically knowledgeable, so I tend to do better with tutorials.  Thanks in advance.

Good to know. The less I have to learn again, the better. Just got access to the CK64, going to try to make something useful.
