Bows in Close Range Combat.

This appears to be something little discussed in modding circles.

 

In hand to hand combat even the best humanoid archers wielding bows shouldn't get a look-in, thus incurring a penalty on hit, damage, and, above all, reload times.  Possibly cured by a perk- but the perk tree seems fine as it is.

 

Or else an option for Bashed Patch: Auto equip to last-used/most-used hand weapon when opponent closes within <Range>?
