tyrel68 Posted March 23, 2013 Share Posted March 23, 2013 enemy skills and talaents are set till 81 so the stats will keep going up but no more changes to attacks Perks ARE MEANINGLESS!!!!! Everyone now is a god character spells you got it, sneaking you got it, 2her you got it, heavy armor you got it, light armor you got it!!!! it makes me want to cry it guts the importance of choosing a path Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
