OK, so Bethesda I Know you guys get plenty of DLC ideas and most likely you take one look and snuff it, I'm not asking you to take this word for word but I think you should look at it and have your writers improve it, make it better fill in the details and make a DLC I think many fans would buy.

Skyrim: War of the Aldmeri Dominion DLC

Prerequisite:
Level: 50
Quests: Dragonslayer, Battle for Windhelm/ Battle for Solitude

Imperial Side:
Starting Quest: Crowning of the High Queen
This quest starts with a courier running up to the Dragonborn and hands him a note, once the Dragonborn reads the note it will state that he/she is invited to Jarl Elisif the Fair’s Moot in Solitude. The Dragonborn then travels to Solitude and walks through a crowded street full of Guards and NPC, the location for the Dragonborn is the temple of Divines, outside he/she will encounter General Tullius and Legate Rikke, outside. The two of them will comment on not thinking the Dragonborn would make it, Tullius will point out his awareness that the Dragonborn is with the Blades and thought they would be working together investigating recent Thalmor activities, this gives the Dragonborn a chance to enquire more on the activities but ultimately it end with the three off them entering the temple and taking a seat near the front, The temples high priest (Rorlund unless he’s dead) will be saying a prayer to the eight Divines he then asks who approves and the jarls all put their names forth, he’ll then don the jaggered crown on Elisif’s head and proclaim her High Queen of Skyrim. After that they travel through Solitude and a small festival is prepared from the bards college to the castle itself at this point it gives the Dragonborn a chance to mingle with the guests and speak to the jarls as well as the new high queen. Throughout this the dragon born will notice each jarl brought an escort with them, the new jarls will proper town guards instead of imperial guards.

Windhelm, Jarl Brunwulf Free Winter, will have his guards in a dark beige outfit and his shield will be a goat instead of the bear, if asked he will state he wasn’t comfortable been the bear of Eastmarch.
Dawnstar, Jarl Brina Merilis, Will have her guards in a white outfit with their shield been a Ship, if asked she will state that she came to Skyrim on a ship.
Winterhold, Jarl Kralder, Will have his guards in a light green outfit with the shield been water rising on a cliff, if Asked he will state it is so Winterhold will never forget.
Riften, Jarl Maven Black-Briar, interestingly enough Maven will leave after putting her name forth at the moot, she will leave two guards behind who are in the same purple outfit as Lailia Law-Giver’s guards were. The Dragonborn can approach them just to be told to shove of, interestingly enough these guards are too tall to be Nords and have a very Altmer type of voice.
At some point the High Queen invites the Dragonborn to speak to her more privately, once they are alone she confesses she would never have become High Queen without their help, and offers a boon to the Dragonborn for whatever it is and she will make it happen. Multiple options arise at this point.
e.g. “I want to Be Richâ€
“I could do with some new armourâ€
“I want to Rule With you†(cannot be married for that option)
“I just want to serve Skyrim as best I canâ€
High Queen Elisif will start to reply to any of those options, however Tullius and Rikke storm into the Room with several guards, “Tullius will state that they are under attack, he passes the Dragonborn a sword and orders them to follow him, leaving three guards behind to protect the High Queen, Elisif will state that as high queen she should be out there helping her people. Tullius denies her that and she promises to the Dragonborn that they will talk more once this is over. Once outside the Dragonborn will head towards the solitude gates, only for the enemy to already be fighting and killing inside the market place, the two Riften guards will then approach the Dragonborn stating that the Jarl no longer requires the Dragonborns services (if leader of the thieves guild they will comment on her intentions of having the Dragonborn replaced), they will then attack the Dragonborn only to be killed by Tullius and Rikke, the Dragonborn then joins the fight properly and throughout it they will help some of the Jarls, eventually the Dragonborn loses sight of Tullius and Rikke but finds Jarl Balgruuf and helps him out, he will tell the Dragonborn the battle is lost and demand him to summon that dam Dragon of his/hers (meaning Odahviing), The Dragonborn shouts for him but doesn’t arrive only more Thalmor, after the second try, two Dragons with chains and spikes piercing trough them and chains wrapped round them with a strange crystal on their backs, climb over the walls and breath fire down on everyone, Imperial and Thalmor alike, Balgruuf will shout “Great Talos! What have the Thalmor done to those things?†in shock and disgust.

Tullius leads a few men forward mainly archers, and orders them to attack, one of the Dragons flies up and grabs Tullius and flies off with him screaming, Rikke shouts for him but there is no response, Balgruuf suggests calling for Odahviing once more, once this is done the Dragon the removed Tullius returns and before it can attack Odahviing crashes into it, killing it. He then breathes fire killing the Thalmor soldiers. Then apologises to the Dragonborn for “Being Late†at this point the Dragonborn can state that good people have died, or ask how Odahviing knew who to fire at, or the Dragonborn can simply state they need to get out of there, either way it ends with the Dragonborn climbing onto Odahviing’s back just as they take off Odahviing asks why the Dragonborn wasn’t able to absorb the dead Dragon’s soul, he then turns round and watched as the crystal on its back flashes orange and restores the Dragon to life, the Dragon then peruses the Dragonborn and Odahviing, who manages to best the thing as they fly over Morthal. Odahviing takes the Dragonborn to the Throat of the World. There Paarthurnax (or an Elder Dragon who hasn’t been encountered before should the Dragonborn have killed Paarthurnax ). The Elder dragon reveals his name as Bormahdodrem, he listened to Paarthurnax back in the Dragon War and helped him teach the mortals the Thu’um.

Paarthurnax/Borhahdodrem informs the Dragonborn that the Thalmor will be spreading chaos to all of Tamriel soon. The Dragonborn will be able to tell Paarthurnax/Borhahdodrem about the chained Dragons Odahviing confirms this story, which leads Paarthurnax/Borhahdodrem to inform the Dragonborn that they will need the blades, before been able to set off for this the Dragonborn must inform the greybeards so that they too will be here at the throat of the world. The Dragonborn meets with Arngeir, (who is rather hostile if the Dragonborn killed Paarthurnax). He is reluctant to go to this meeting knowing that Dragon Slayers and Dragons will meet under a false peace on a subject on killing Dragons, he advises the Dragonborn to try and follow the way of the voice as he has for hundreds of years, this gives the Dragonborn a chance to enquire how he lived so long, or the Dragonborn can work on convincing Arngeir and the other Greybeards to go to the throat of the world, eventually and reluctantly Arngier agrees and he and the others travel. Once the Dragonborn returns to the throat, he/she will notice more Dragons there then Paarthurnax/Borhahdodrem will congratulate him/her on the power of their thu’um as convincing the greybeards to do anything isn’t easy. Odahviing once more offers the Dragonborn the climb onto his back, Odahviing and several other Dragons set off to sky haven, the Dragonborn can watch as the Thalmor attack and set fire to things, some of their chained Dragons attack, but the escort party sorts them our rather quickly, though they don’t succeed in killing them. Eventually the make it the sky haven but notice the Thalmor are already attacking. The Dragonborn immediately enters the temple and joins the fray, after killing the last of the attackers Delphine and Esbern comment on the Dragonborns return (negative if the Dragonborn didn’t kill Paarthurnax). The Dragonborn can inform them off what is happening, before more Thalmor arrive to attack, the Blades follow the Dragonborn outside where the Dragons are waiting, if the Dragonborn hadn’;t killed Paarthurnax, then Delphine will assume it’s a trap, regardless both Delphine and Esbern are reluctant to climb onto the back of Dragons, (Esbern more than Delphine) as it’s their vows to slay Dragons and not ride them. The Dragonborn can claim they are here to help or even lie and say they follow the way of the voice, the Thalmor barge through the doors and attack the Dragons immediately help by killing the Thalmor, if the Dragonborn lied the Delphine will sarcastically comment on it. The Dragonborn will inform them on the chained Dragons, this leads Esbern to reluctantly agree, however Delphine insists Esben rides with the Dragonborn, thinking they won’t want to kill the one who beat Alduin. Odahviing agrees to this and allows Esbern and the Dragonborn to climb onto his back, at this point Esbern comments on liking the view and never realised how fun it would be to ride on the back of a Dragon, he and Delphine frequently shout to each other over the Thalmor topic, until they encounter a chained dragon, once more quickly dealt with but Esben announces it’s a sad thing they’ve done to such a beautiful creature, Delphine announces Dragon’s aren’t beautiful, but eventually agrees the Thalmor did something horrendous. Once they return to the Throat Delphine greets Arngeir (again if done the meeting for season unending) . They eventually come to the topic at hand. Eventually it leads to the idea of using Dragonsreach once more, however the town is been attacked by the Thalmor and in order to retake it they’ll need an army. The Dragonborn can then select numerous suggestions any of which are denied. Delphine then suggests the Empire probably has troops hiding in Helgen as it’s “What she’d doâ€

The Dragonborn will then travel to Helgen and find the place a ruin still, however once inside he/she will encounter a small group of Stormcloaks. Who attempt to question the Dragonborn and whose side he’s/she’s with the Dragonborn can select a number options either way involving the Stormcloaks to ready themselves to attack before Hadvar stops them. He informs the Dragonborn that Tullius ordered the inside of Helgen to be rebuilt in case the Thalmor attacks, most of the Stormcloaks are former prisoners given free right to worship Talos as long as they remain hidden. Eventually the make it to the dungeons which is been used as an office since the upper tower was ruined when Alduin attacked. Within Ralof and several other Stormcloak officers are discussing battle plans, Hadvar comments on “It’s been nice to get along for a change.†Ralof remembers the Dragonborn and greets him/her fondly (even more so if the Dragonborn escaped with Ralof) the Dragonborn then gets a chance to inform them of the chained Dragons and the plan to capture one of them in Dragonsreach. The soldiers agree, to take control of Whiterun as long as they then get to regain control of Solitude not long after, the Dragon born agrees to this and is then able to do several side quests before the main quest on reclaiming Whiterun. Once everything is done Havar and Ralof get the soldiers ready to march Ralof Suggests the Dragonborn call for his/her allies. The Dragonborn calls Odahviing much to the amazement of the soldiers, and returns to the throat of the World on Odahviings back. Once retuned the Dragonborn informs everyone the soldiers are marching to retake Whiterun. The others agree there’s no time to lose and they each climb onto a Dragon and set off. Odahviing drops the Dragonborn and Blades of Except for Esbern who intends to “Help from the sky.†Delphine suggests he likes riding on a Dragon “Too much†and expresses concern for him. The Dragonborn and Blades meet up with the soldiers and on the Dragonborns command, they attack, throughout the battle several dragons will help out and kill the Thalmor soldiers. Once they make their way to Dragonsreach and kill the commanding officer of the Thalmor the remaining Thalmor soldiers break off and retreat. Hadvar and Ralof Meet the Dragonborn inside but before the Dragonborn can get them to ready the traps Hadvar informs him/her there is one more thing to do. Then announces as his right of acting General of the Imperial legion in Skyrim, he Names the Dragonborn the new Jarl of Whiterun. Jarl Ysmir of Skyrim. Several side Quests open up at this point.

The main quest continues as the Dragonborn then gets the Traps set up, Odahviing goes out to find and chained Dragon once he returns the Dragonborn gets the chance to bring it down then get trapped, after a struggle the chained dragon calms down, and begs the Dragonborn to break the soul gem on its back and kill it. The Dragonborn has a chance to enquire more about the soul gem and what’s happening, though the Dragon proves is doesn’t know much and the Dragonborn then breaks the soul gem and kills the Dragon, absorbing its soul. Once this is done Delphine suggests they should find a Thalmor commander and enquire more about the Dragon Soul Gem. Hadvar suggests Solitude is the best place to find one, he also suggests the Dragonborn should try to strengthen the army before heading out. Once everything is done the soldiers begin their march however the Dragons and Greybeards arrange a meeting at the throat of the world once the Dragonborn returns they’ll discuss the dragon soul gem and what it can do. Paarthurnax/Borhahdodrem suggests the Dragonborn shouldn’t waste time on Solitude but instead head towards the summerset isles and allow the combined forces of the imperial legion and stormcloak remnants to deal with the Thalmor. This is eventually declined as they don’t know where to start and taking solitude will help the people of Skyrim, she then reminds the Dragonborn that he/she is the Jarl of Whiterun now and if they flee to the summerset isles he’ll/she’ll be abandoning the people. The final agreement stands and the Dragonborn heads towards Solitude with the rest of the Blades and the Dragons, once they arrive the Dragonborn can help out some last minute people, or instantly begin the attack.

Throughout the fight through Solitude the Dragonborn has to deal with the chained dragons as well as the Thalmor Soldiers, once they reach the blue Palace the Dragonborn enters with Ralof and Hadvar, they encounter the Thalmor Commander with the High Queen, Hadvar charges at him, however the commander uses the unrelenting force shout on him sending him crashing into the wall. The commander then speaks to the Dragonborn before casting Elisif through and Conjuration portal, once he is beaten, the Dragonborn can acquire all needed knowledge, and then either kill or spare the commander, making him an ally. The commander points out that Elisif is now in the Summerset Isles inside the city Skywatch. If the Dragonborn choses to spare the commander he will suggest allowing the Dragonborn through as well, however Ralof believes it’s a trap the Commander points out that the “foul smelling barbarian is correct†then casts himself through the portal returning to Skywatch, Hadvar recovers from been sent into the wall and suggests they look in the dungeons. Within the dungeons is a defeated Legate Rikke as well as several Jarls, though Balgruuf, and Kralder are not there. Once they are free, Rikke suggests heading out to the forts and gathering as many soldiers as they can, Ralof suggests they should try to recruit some bandits as many turned that way once Ulfric died. Hadvar suggests they find a means to get to Skywatch. Following Hadvar’s suggestion leads to the main quest line, however the Dragonborn is given a chance to help reclaim each city and hold. Following the main questline leads to Esbern gathering some elder council members including Amaund Motieere (providing he’s still alive), the Discussion is helping the Dragonborn and his allies get to Skywatch on the Thalmor ship recently captured by the Imperial Legion the Elder Council actually arrives on the ship. If the Dragonborn helped Amaund in the past then the Empire is weaker without the Emperor but its acting Emperor is doing his best, however Amaund’s help means the Dragonborn is able to sway the Elder council members easily. Eventually the Dragonborn meets with the Emperor/acting Emperor, and they discuss the Dragonborn’s strategy. If the Dragonborn help Commander Maro, then the Emperor is actually happy to meet the Dragonborn and puts faith in him/her, however the acting Emperor is more hesitant as the last time an Empeor was here is didn’t turn out very well, if they Dragonborn hadn’t done the quest line at all then the Emperor is still difficult to persuade. Eventually he’s persuaded and the Dragonborn is allowed to take his/her allies to the summer set Isles, Legate Rikke insists on coming along as she believe Tullius could still be alive as she feels it “In her heart.†So once the Dragonborn has done everything that he/she wanted to do, he/she then climbs aboard with the allies Rikke, Ralof, Hadvar, Delphine, Esbern, and the other Blades as well as several soldiers. Paarthurnax/Borhahdodrem, Odahviing, and several other Dragons promise to follow the ship at a distance,

Across the sea the Thalmor ready their ships and Dragons, but just before they are able to fire upon the Dragonborn’s vessel several ships turn onto their fellow Thalmor Vessels with this distraction the Dragons burn the hostile ships allowing the Dragonborns vessel to pass unharmed, the non-hostile Thalmor ships fall in line and escort the Dragonborn vessels. Once docked the Dragonborn speaks to the captain of one of the non-hostile vessels who reveals himself to be a captain of the Aldmeri Dominion, resistance, and invites the Dragonborn and his allies to their main base of operations in the City Firsthold. Once they make their way to the city the Dragonborn is greeted warmly by the resistance forces and “Thank Talos†for the arrival of the Blades as well. The Captain explains that even though he’s Aldmeri dominion he isn’t Thalmor and most members of the Aldmeri Dominion live in fear of the Thalmor and their might and resistance groups are everywhere in the dominated lands of the Aldmeri Dominion. The Dragonborn is given a chance to help the resistance movements and strengthen their forces, or continue with the main quest. The captains “source†sends a note revealing a prison town wear the High Queen and high priority captive are being held, the Aldmeri Captain believes they should attack Skywatch instead of the prison, however Rikke insist Tullius must be in the Prison and if the Resistance has any hope of surviving they’ll go there, the captain reluctantly agrees and allows the Dragonborn to make his/her own way there,

Once near the Dungeon town Rikke suggests the Dragonborn, Hadvar and Ralof sneak in through the sewers while she and her men distract the soldiers. However once entering the sewers it appears the Thalmor half expected such a move and made sure to defend the sewers as well, with the stealth approach no longer an option the Dragonborn fights through the Thalmor forces and makes his/her way into the prisons where they find General Tullius in prison rags, once freed Hadvar passes him a sword he “took†from the resistance Tullius then sneaks up and kills a Thalmor jailor and dons his armour, together they fight through several Thalmor before reaching the High Queens cell, once inside they find the High Queen next to a dead Thalmor soldier, the General comments on her injuries been to severe and she won’t make it, he apologises for his failure but she reassures him he did everything she could have asked and more, she then speaks to the Dragonborn and apologises that she can’t grant their boon (also states she would have married the dragon born if that option was taken) instead she announces in front of Tulius, Ralof and Hadvar Skyrim’s next High King/Queen should be the Dragonborn, after this she passes out and perishes. Hadvar and Ralof immediately acknowledge that the Drgonborn will be Skyrim’s next ruler though General Tullius insists it will still fall to the moot. The four of them make their way to escape the prison and help secure the town, the Dragonborn has the option of looking for the missing Jarls before heading out in to the battle, once found the Jarls join forces with the Dragonborn or the Dragonborn heads into the battle without them, either way the Dragonborn must fight through the waves of Thalmor to secure the prison town. Once complete Tullius will meet with Rikke and the Aldmeri captain, he and Rikke will have a hearty reunion, Ralof points out Elisif wanted the Dragonborn to rule Skyrim, Hadvar agrees and Tullius confirms it, Delphine and Rikke aren’t surprised as they know what the Dragonborn “can do†and agree that even though a moot will be required it’s probably nothing to worry about, the Captain announces he was able to capture the Thalmor Commander and has been locked up for “Safe Keepingsâ€,

Before the meeting can be continued the group is overwhelmed by Thalmor Soldiers and the Captain’s prisoner escaped the Dragonborn is able to escape the ambush and pursue the prisoner, once caught the Prisioner will be a Thalmor Commander (if the Solitude one was spared then it will be the same one). The Commander reveals enough details to the Dragonborn before using the unrelenting force sending the Dragonborn backwards a bit, however before he can escape an archer shoots him in the knee then blasts him with lightning killing him, the archer is in a elven styled armour though the helmet covers her face, the archer-spellcaster helps the Dragonborn push back the Thalmor forces but doesn’t say a word during the entire battle, once complete and the hostiles lie dead the Dragonborn meets up with the others and when asked of the commander the Archer says “Dead.†The Captain then asks “Elenwen? When did you arrive?†the Archer removes her helmet proving she is the same Elenwen, who hosted the party the Dragonborn crashed, (If killed at any point in game the Dragonborn can enquire about it but she states she lived the same way the chained dragons do.) dispite hostilities from Delphine, Esbern, Ralof and Rikke, she insists she switch sides the moment the Dragonborn got involved as “Unlike Maven, she knows what the Dragonborn can do†and she didn’t want to die, she reveals information about the Dragon Soul Gem and reveals they can work on anyone once you know how to tap into their real power, she explains two locations that need to be destroyed if they want to stop the Thalmor from getting anymore chained Dragons, once the Dragonborn has destroyed the locations Elenwen proclaims it would now be time to deal with the Leader of the Thalmor the man responsible for it’s return and that the Thalmor would be lost without him, giving the Aldmeri Dominion power once again,

The Dragonborn is able to help others out and clear our caves and such giving the army a better chance of making it their intact, regardless of this the main quest continues, The Dragons deal with the chained Dragons after been told how to effectively destroy the Dragon Soul Gem, the Army makes it’s march and once reaching Skywatch they are attacked by a large force of Thalmor, Elenwen Hadvar, Ralof and Delphine go with the Dragon born into the main tower Elenwen pointed out, each floor requires a Character to remain and help secure it, only Elenwen refuses to remain behind so who stays is up to the Dragonborn, once they fight through each floor and make it to the top Elenwen and the Dragon born meet the leader of the Thalmor an Altmer named Cantarno, he uses a shout that knocks Elenwen unconscious and states the Dragonborn versus Dragonborn, he can be enquired on that but he simply states he has been around for a long time, throughout the fight he mentions meeting Tiber Septim, he also insults the Dragonborn many times before he is defeated, however he rises back up again and asks if the Dragonborn thought it would be “That Easy?†this repeats five times before defeated again, he commends the Dragonborn for all of his/her power but tells them it is pointless as he cannot die, Elenwen recovers and shoots him with lightning attacks and informs the Dragonborn to use unrelenting force, as the Dragonborn does this she shoots the Dragonborn enchanting the shout with lightning slightly disrupting the Soul Gem Cantarno has, inside his own body, this makes Cantarno Flee out of the room perused by the Dragonborn, beaten once again but not slain Cantarno proclaims the Dragonborn was as powerful as Talos back when he was mortal, if not even stronger, he then states that Talos was in fact real and everything he has done was to lead to this day, so at last he could kill the God that shamed him. He then uses a pull shout bringing the Dragonborn towards him, the two instantly grabble each other and the Dragonborn will state, We go to Sovegarde together. (throw self and Cantarno of the edge) picking this option causes the Dragonborn to fall with Cantarno who calls the Dragonborn selfish for ruining his plans stating that over two thousand years he has lived and he will not end like this the next option shows for the Dragonborn says, Yes it will (unrelenting force) this blasts Cantarno away, and while the Dragonborn plummets to the earth, everything goes white, when the white fades the Dragonborn finds himself/herself in a strange throne room with a man in golden armour there
.
“My Last child, hear me as you see me for there is not much time before I must send you back to the mortal realm. You are my Last heir until you have your own, my child, it pains my heart to see so many claiming your soul, know that you are free from them and when your time ends you will join me.†The Dragonborn can approach the man tittles Talos, the Dragonborn can enquire as to how he/she can be the last when Martin died two hundred years ago, Talos replied it is because Martin was a man but a god can appear when needed, Alduin was destined to return and only one of the Dragonblood could stop him, so it might as well have been of the Septim blood, Talos releases the grasp of time upon the Dragonborn’s Soul releasing any claim any of the deadra (and Sithis if that road was taken) had on the Dragonborn’s soul and it would last throughout time, after this Talos names the Dragonborn, “Talos Ysmir Septim†and sends the Dragonborn back with a gift, the room goes white and the Dragonborn finds himself/herself at the bottom of the tower in the same armour Talos was wearing, around the Dragonborn there are Thamor, Imperial, Stormcloak and Aldmeri alike, all of whom call the Dragonborn, Talos Septim. Elenwen then speaks to the Dragonborn calling him/her crazy for nearly dying even Odahviing wasn’t able to stop the Dragonborn from hitting the ground, the Dragonborn said that he/she met Talos who named her/him his child. Elenewen replies with “Yes I know, we all heard Talos’ voice just before you woke up.†The Dragonborn can enquire as to whether or not she knew Talos was real; she merely replies she suspected Talos was real just as much as any other. After this The Dragonborn is able to return to Skyrim and is crowned High King/Queen and Tullius suspects it won’t be long until another war starts, for the last of the Septims to reclaim the throne. He announces he’s leaving the Imperial Legion to help the Aldmeri Resistance after a “Vacation†with Rikke but when the new Talos Septim calls, he’ll be there.

Delphine and Esbern decide that they shall serve as Skyrims protectors from the evil dragons, but leave the non-hostile ones alone and the Dragonborn is welcome to help them anytime, (This allows the Dragonborn to return to hunting Dragons with the Blades even with Paarthunax still alive) The Greybeards allow the new Talos to find words of power and spread Paarthurnax/Borhahdodrem message to other Dragons, as none can deny the Dragonborn’s Thu’um (this allows the Dragonborn to work with the Greybeards even if Paarthunax is dead) Ralof Becomes a Legate in the imperial Legion, and helps the Dragonborn find Thalmor Locations, Hadvar goes to the Summerset isles to help the Resistance. Elenwen has a side quest allowing the Dragonborn to hunt down and kill Maven Black-Briar. The guards start calling the Dragonborn Talos Septim, and state when needed they’ll be there, Jarl Balgruuf returns to been Jarl of Whiterun. Lailia Law-giver retuns to been jarl of Riften and finds it easier without Maven Black-Briar around.

So that’s the Imperial Side the Stormcloak side is slightly different but not by much.

Stormcloak Side:
Starting Quest: Crowing if the True High King

This quest starts with a courier running up to the Dragonborn and hands him a note, once the Dragonborn reads the note it will state that he/she is invited to Jarl Ulfric Stormcloak’s Moot in Solitude. The Dragonborn then travels to Solitude and walks through a crowded street full of Guards and NPC, the location for the Dragonborn is the temple of Divines, outside he/she will encounter Ulfric and Galmar outside. The two of them will comment on not thinking the Dragonborn would make it, Galmar will point out his awareness that the Dragonborn is with the Blades and thought they would be working together investigating recent Thalmor activities or “Dam Elves†as he would have put it, this gives the Dragonborn a chance to enquire more on the activities but ultimately it end with the three off them entering the temple and taking a seat near the front, The temples high priest (Rorlund unless he’s dead) will be saying a prayer to the Nine Divines he then asks who approves and the Jarls all put their names forth, he’ll then don the jaggered crown on Ulfric’s head and proclaim him High King of Skyrim.

Whiterun, Jarl Vignar Grey-Mane, will have his guards in a dark grey outfit and his shield will be a Sword through and imperial Helmet, if asked about this he will state it’s because the Empire deserves to die.
Morthal, Jarl Sorli, Will have her guards in a light green outfit with their shield been a pickaxe, if asked she will state that pickaxes are used to gain rock, rock is what she’ll use to make morthal even better.
Markarth, Jarl Thongvor Silver-Blood, Will have his guards in silver outfit with the shield been Silver dripping , if asked he state that Markath is now Silver Blood and everyone should remember that.
Falkreath, Jarl Dengier, interestingly enough Dengier leaves the outfits and symbols the same. The Guards with Lailia Law-Giver are taller than the other guards. The Dragonborn can approach them just to be told to shove of, interestingly enough these guards have a very Altmer type of voice.
At some point the High King invites the Dragonborn to speak to him more privately, once they are alone he confesses he would never have become High King without their help, and offers a boon to the Dragonborn for whatever it is and he will make it happen. Multiple options arise at this point.
e.g. “I want to Be Richâ€
“I could do with some new armourâ€
“I want to Rule With you†(cannot be married for that option)
“I just want to serve Skyrim as best I canâ€
High King Ulfric will start to reply to any of those options, however Galmor storms into the room with several guards, Galmor will state that they are under attack, he passes the Dragonborn a sword and orders him to follow him, leaving three guards behind to protect the High King. Ulfric will state that as high King he should be out there helping his people. Galmor denies him that and he promises to the Dragonborn that they will talk more once this is over. Once outside the Dragonborn will head towards the Solitude gates, only for the enemy to already be fighting and killing inside the market place, the two Riften guards will then approach the Dragonborn stating that the Maven Black-Briar no longer requires the Dragonborns services (if leader of the thieves guild they will comment on her intentions of having the Dragonborn replaced), they will then attack the Dragonborn only to be killed by Galmor and another Stormcloak officer, the Dragonborn then joins the fight properly and throughout it they will help some of the Jarls, eventually the Dragonborn loses sight of Galmor but finds Jarl Vigmar and helps him out, he will tell the Dragonborn the battle is lost and demand him to summon that dam Dragon of his/hers (meaning Odahviing), The Dragonborn shouts for him but doesn’t arrive only more Thalmor, after the second try, two Dragons with chains and spikes piercing trough them and chains wrapped round them with a strange crystal on their backs, climb over the walls and breath fire down on everyone, Imperial and Thalmor alike, Vigmar will shout “Great Talos! What have the Thalmor done to those things?†in shock and disgust.

Ulfric shows up mich to Galmor’s dismay and leads a few men forward mainly archers, and orders them to attack, one of the Dragons flies up and grabs Ulfric and flies off with him screaming, Galmor shouts for him but there is no response, Vigmar suggests calling for Odahviing once more, once this is done the Dragon the removed Ulfric returns and before it can attack Odahviing crashes into it, killing it.

The Dragonborn can inform them off what is happening, before more Thalmor arrive to attack, the Blades follow the Dragonborn outside where the Dragons are waiting, if the Dragonborn hadn’t killed Paarthurnax, then Delphine will assume it’s a trap, regardless both Delphine and Esbern are reluctant to climb onto the back of Dragons, (Esbern more than Delphine) as it’s their vows to slay Dragons and not ride them.

He informs the Dragonborn that Tullius ordered the inside of Helgen to be rebuilt in case the Thalmor attacks, most of the Stormcloaks actually attacked and imprisoned most of the Imperials but released them as long as they helped deal with the Thalmor threat. Eventually they make it to the dungeons which is been used as an office since the upper tower was ruined when Alduin attacked. Within Ralof and several other Stormcloak officers are discussing battle plans, Hadvar comments on “It’s been nice to get along for a change.†Ralof remembers the Dragonborn and greets him/her fondly the Dragonborn then gets a chance to inform them of the chained Dragons and the plan to capture one of them in Dragonsreach. The soldiers agree, to take control of Whiterun as long as they then get to regain control of Solitude not long after, the Dragonborn agrees to this and is then able to do several side quests before the main quest on reclaiming Whiterun. Once everything is done Hadvar and Ralof get the soldiers ready to march Ralof Suggests the Dragonborn call for his/her allies. Hadvar and Ralof Meet the Dragonborn inside but before the Dragonborn can get them to ready the traps Ralof informs him/her there is one more thing to do. Then announces as his right of acting General of the Stormcloak Army and Sons and Daughters of Skyrim, he Names the Dragonborn the new Jarl of Whiterun.

Once everything is done the soldiers begin their march however the Dragons and Greybeards arrange a meeting at the throat of the world once the Dragonborn returns they’ll discuss the dragon soul gem and what is can do. Paarthurnax/Borhahdodrem suggests the Dragonborn shouldn’t waste time on Solitude but instead head towards the summerset isles and allow the combined forces of the imperial Remnants and stormcloak armies to deal with the Thalmor. This is eventually declined as they don’t know where to start and taking solitude will help the people of Skyrim, she then reminds the Dragonborn that he/she is the Jarl of Whiterun now and if they flee to the summerset isles he’ll/she’ll be abandoning the people. The final agreement stands and the Dragonborn heads towards Solitude with the rest of the Blades and the Dragons, once they arrive the Dragonborn can help out some last minute people, or instantly begin the attack throughout the fight through Solitude the Dragonborn has to deal with the chained dragons as well as the Thalmor Soldiers, once they reach the blue Palace the Dragonborn enters with Ralof and Hadvar, they encounter the Thalmor Commander who proclaims Ulfric is dead Ralof charges at him, however the commander uses the unrelenting force shout on him sending him crashing into the wall. The commander then speaks to the Dragonborn before attacking. Once he is beaten, the Dragonborn can acquire all needed knowledge, and then either kill or spare the commander, making him an ally. The commander points out that the remains of Ulfric are now in the Summerset Isles inside the city Skywatch. If the Dragonborn chooses to spare the commander he will suggest allowing the Dragonborn through as well, however Hadvar believes it’s a trap the Commander points out that the “Worthless simpleton is correct.†then casts himself through the portal returning to Skywatch, Ralof recovers from been sent into the wall and suggests they look in the dungeons. Within the dungeons is a defeated Galmor as well as several Jarls, though Vigmar, Elisif and Sorli are not there. Once they are free, Galmor suggests heading out to the forts and gathering as many soldiers as they can, Hadvar suggests they should try to recruit some bandits as many turned that way once Ulfric won. Ralof suggests they find a means to get to Skywatch. Following Ralof’s suggestion leads to the main quest line, however the Dragonborn is given a chance to help reclaim each city and hold.

Eventually he’s persuaded and the Dragonborn is allowed to take his/her allies to the summer set Isles, Galmor insists on coming along as he believes Ulfric could still be alive as he feels it “In his bones.†So once the Dragonborn has done everything that he/she wanted to do, he/she then climbs aboard with the allies Galmor, Ralof, Hadvar, Delphine, Esbern, and the other Blades as well as several soldiers.

Once docked the Dragonborn speaks to the captain of one of the non-hostile vessels who reveals himself to be a captain of the Almeri Dominion, resistance, and invites the Dragonborn and his allies to their main base of operations in the City Firsthold. The captains “source†sends a note revealing a prison town wear the High Queen and high priority captive are being held, the Aldmeri Captain believes they should attack Skywatch instead of the prison, however Galmor insist Ulfric must be in the Prison and if the Resistance has any hope of surviving they’ll go there, the captain reluctantly agrees and allows the Dragonborn to make his/her own way there, Once near the Dungeon town Galmor suggests the Dragonborn, Hadvar and Ralof sneak in through the sewers while he and his men distract the soldiers. However once entering the sewers it appears the Thalmor half expected such a move and made sure to defend the sewers as well, with the stealth approach no longer an option the Dragonborn fights through the Thalmor forces and makes his/her way into the prisons where they find Ulfric sotrmcloak in prison rags, once freed Hadvar passes him a sword he “took†from the resistance Ulfric then sneaks up and kills a Thalmor jailor with a shout but refuses to wear Elven armour, together they fight through several Thalmor before reaching the Jarl elisifs cell, once inside they find the Jarl next to a dead Thalmor soldier, Ulfric comments on her injuries been to severe and she won’t make it, he apologises for killing Torygg but felt it was more honourable than he realised she reassures him that she’s already forgiven Ulfric and she’ll be with her husband soon, after this she passes out and perishes, Ulfric shows signs of sadness and says a prayer to Arkay and Talos. However before it is finished several Thalmor soldiers fire their arrows at Ulfric who collapses out of pain, Galmor rushes to his side and tries to get Ulfric to have a potion, Ulfric informs him that like Elisif it’s too late, he then requests the Dragonborn to speak with him, he announces he is sorry for not been able to grant the Dragonborns boon, but proclaims that the Dragonborn should be the next Ruler of Skyrim. With that said Ulfric curses himself for dying in an Elven land and asks Talos to send him to Sovngarde, with that Ulfirc Stormcloak dies, Hadvar and Ralof Comment on agreeing that The Dragonborn should be the next ruler, Hadvar also suggests maybe allowing the Empire back in, much to Ralof’s disgust.

Once complete the Dragonborn will meet with Galmor and the Aldmeri captain as well as the others, Ralof points out Ulfric wanted the Dragonborn to rule Skyrim, Delphine isn’t surprised and then asked what Galmor thought of it, Galmor reveals he isn’t surprised as he and Ulfric discussed it after Ulfric feared the Thalmor would try to kill him and he knows what the Dragonborn “can do†and agree that even though a moot will be required it’s probably nothing to worry about, the Captain announces he was able to capture the Thalmor Commander and has been locked up for “Safe Keepingsâ€, before the meeting can be continued the group is overwhelmed by Thalmor Soldiers and the Captain’s prisoner escaped the Dragonborn is able to escape the ambush and pursue the prisoner, once caught the Prisioner will be a Thalmor Commander (if the Solitude one was spared then it will be the same one). When did you arrive?†the Archer removes her helmet proving she is the same Elenwen, who hosted the party the Dragonborn crashed, (If killed at any point in game the Dragonborn can enquire about it but she states she lived the same way the chained dragons do.) despite hostilities from Delphine, Esbern, Ralof and Galmor, especially from Galmor, she insists she switch sides the moment the Dragonborn got involved as “Unlike Maven, she knows what the Dragonborn can do†and she didn't want to die, she reveals information about the Dragon Soul Gem and reveals they can work on anyone once you know how to tap into their real power, she explains two locations that need to be destroyed if they want to stop the Thalmor from getting anymore chained Dragons, once the Dragonborn has destroyed the locations Elenwen proclaims it would now be time to deal with the Leader of the Thalmor the man responsible for its return and that the Thalmor would be lost without him, giving the Aldmeri Dominion power once again, the Dragonborn is able to help others out and clear our caves and such giving the army a better chance of making it their intact, regardless of this the main quest continues, The Dragons deal with the chained Dragons after been told how to effectively destroy the Dragon Soul Gem, the Army makes its march and once reaching Skywatch they are attacked by a large force of Thalmor, Elenwen Hadvar, Ralof and Delphine go with the Dragon born into the main tower Elenwen pointed out, each floor requires a Character to remain and help secure it, only Elenwen refuses to remain behind so who stays is up to the Dragonborn, once they fight through each floor and make it to the top Elenwen and the Dragon born meet the leader of the Thalmor an Altmer named Cantarno, he uses a shout that knocks Elenwen unconscious and states the Dragonborn versus Dragonborn, he can be enquired on that but he simply states he has been around for a long time, throughout the fight he mentions meeting Tiber Septim, he also insults the Dragonborn many times before he is defeated, however he rises back up again and asks if the Dragonborn thought it would be “That Easy?†this repeats five times before defeated again, he commends the Dragonborn for all of his/her power but tells them it is pointless as he cannot die, Elenwen recovers and shoots him with lightning attacks and informs the Dragonborn to use unrelenting force, as the Dragonborn does this she shoots the Dragonborn enchanting the shout with lightning slightly disrupting the Soul Gem Cantarno has, inside his own body, this makes Cantarno Flee out of the room perused by the Dragonborn, beaten once again but not slain Cantarno proclaims the Dragonborn was as powerful as Talos back when he was mortal, if not even stronger, he then states that Talos was in fact real and everything he has done was to lead to this day, so at last he could kill the God that shamed him. He then uses a pull shout bringing the Dragonborn towards him, the two instantly grabble each other and the Dragonborn will state, We go to Sovegarde together. (throw self and Cantarno of the edge) picking this option causes the Dragonborn to fall with Cantarno who calls the Dragonborn selfish for ruining his plans stating that over two thousand years he has lived and he will not end like this the next option shows for the Dragonborn says, Yes it will (unrelenting force) this blasts Cantarno away, and while the Dragonborn plummets to the earth, everything goes white, when the white fades the Dragonborn finds himself/herself in a strange throne room with a man in golden armour there.

After this The Dragonborn is able to return to Skyrim and is crowned High King/Queen and Galmor suspects it won’t be long until another war starts, for the last of the Septims to reclaim the throne. He announces he’s disbanding the Stormcloak army. but when the new Talos Septim calls, he’ll be there.
Delphine and Esbern decide that they shall serve as Skyrims protectors from the evil dragons, but leave the non-hostile ones alone and the Dragonborn is welcome to help them anytime, (This allows the Dragonborn to return to hunting Dragons with the Blades even with Paarthunax still alive) The Greybeards allow the new Talos to find words of power and spread Paarthurnax/Borhahdodrem message to other Dragons, as none can deny the Dragonborn’s Thu’um (this allows the Dragonborn to work with the Greybeards even if Paarthunax is dead) Ralof creates the Dragonguard and acts as Captain, and helps the Dragonborn find Thalmor Locations, Hadvar goes to the Summerset isles to help the Resistance. Elenwen has a side quest allowing the Dragonborn to hunt down and kill Maven Black-Briar. The guards start calling the Dragonborn Talos Septim, and state when needed they’ll be there, Jarl Balgruuf becomes Jarl of Windhelm and announces he’s proud to serve the Dragonborn, and Lailia Law-Giver proclaims it’s better in Riften now that Maven Black-Briar is gone.

I haven't read everything just yet.  I wonder what you think about this.
