Favorite Mods for Skyrim

Hey,Newish here, and unfortunately I haven't got anywhere near the time to read the 100 odd page Skyrim thread (I barely get time to play the game as it is (I've clocked up a mere 13 hours so far)), would anyone with a mod recommendation please post it here ? Not really after a completely new game, mostly mods that offer an improvement to the existing game, such as prettier graphics, more functionality, etc.

You won't find much for functionality changes yet. The CK isn't out.Only two mods I'm using right now are one for water and one for road signs.

This guy's dragon retextures are pretty sweet IMO. Of course, being a D&D guy certainly lends to my appreciation of the work.LoganGFX Dragon Retextures

Wow, those dragon textures ARE really cool. Although I think the Alduin one is too dark to make out the details on him.

I like the shadow dragon look, but there is a lightened version of that particular retex as well. Gives it a more blueish look.

I also like this little one. Ebony wood Enchanter TableI think the default enchanting table and alchemy table look like total ass. There was another enchanting table mod I saw, but I like this one better.
