Having finally had a bit of time to look at the new CK, the default installation doesn't show the scripts. Any ideas on how to fix the default setup?

Also, looking at the libraries downloaded, and how many more than Skyrim CK. Looks like they've converted over to QuickTime and mysql.

Touching my areas of expertise, why in the world are they now using ssleay (and for what)? And 32-bits? And version 1.0.2q, instead of more recent 1.1.x variants? Why not OpenSSL 3 and its successor LibreSSL or even Google's BoringSSL? We've come a long way since 1998.

I also would like to know this. I was trying to get this to work a few days ago but nothing I did made a difference. I eventually just gave up. I've come across people having the same issue with the CKs of previous games, but I've never had this problem before.

Ok, I figured it out. I had the scripts in the wrong folder.

You need to copy the scripts from Tools/ContentResources.zip into Data/Scripts/Source for the CK to see them. I goofed and had them in Data/Scripts/Source/Scripts.
