My Vault 88 (Property of the Terran Starship Command) 1.0.0

My build of Vault 88. It's certainly not the most intricate build on the nexus, but I hope you still like it. For those that don't know, place the file in a folder named "11" in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\TransferSettlements\blueprints. Note that this blueprint requires quite a few mods hardwise and a LOT of mods if you want everything in the screenshots. Therefore I have labeled everything required as "required" and everything that's only required if you want whats in the screenshots as "recommended", so you should read the entire list carefully to make sure you know what is essential and what you want.  EDIT: I will add the recommended mods later. For now only the required ones are below.
I have included several custom Flag Extended flag files including the TSC flag in a separate .zip file so you won't have to use gimp to make them yourself but can instead just plop them into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\Textures\FlagsExtended after you delete the dummy flag already in the folder. Also, you will need the scrap everything mod (with the ctd fix of course) and must scrap absolutely everything you can, and even more after the import is complete unless you want a shit-ton of rock filling up the place, especially in the atrium.
