Downpatcher 1.6.40 -to- 1.5.9 is an abomination and slap to Bethesda Face

the game has VASTLY improve according to my experience  in terms of crash/loading/ and quality using latest updated USSEP and Files. so many "Hidden" closed 1.5.9 bugs are mainly due to the blasphemous patcher. Update the game, quit complaining. (sorry for the C2A)

It's been my personal experience that the game was much smoother and far more stable when 1.6 came out. So i'd tend to agree that using things like downgrade patchers doesn't make sense because all you're doing is reintroducing all of the issues that 1.6 addressed. Plus, whether people will admit it or not, there ARE things that the 1.6 executeables provide to the DLCs that will cause them to not function properly on the older version. Which is indeed why you see so many issues generated as a result of using those downgraders.
