No patch notes on BYOHPlanterContainerScript.psc

I'm unable to find the patch team's notes on BYOHPlanterContainerScript.psc and have been unable to find notes on the version history here.

I need to duplicate the planter script for a project to add additional scripting, but I'm unsure if I need to use the base-game script or if USSEP has a fix, and it simply isn't noted (or the incorrect psc was included while the correct pex was). The one extracted from Scripts.zip looks identical to what's packaged with USSEP with the exception of moved semi-colons commenting out debug traces, and Notepad++ says they are both 142 lines long.

If there's no comments in the script saying that a specific bug number was addressed it's likely part of a large dump we did 9 years ago where we commented out a bunch of debug calls because they were polluting the logs and making it difficult to spot legitimate errors.
