Need help... Settlers are glitched...

Playing on X-1, since my pc sucks....

So I started playing again after a huge break...
 

Starting a new game...

 

After playing for a few hours, I traveled back to Sanctuary after seeing that a few new settlers were added by the beacon.

As i got back I noticed that the number reset to 5 and the new settlers are just standing at the curve in the road and I can not trade nor give them any orders.

I kept playing and i noticed that it happened to all of my settlements. They just stand there and do nothing.

Never had that one.

 

While looking at your mod list, I spotted several cheat mods. Using them may break a lot of things down the line.

Unlimited Building did an update and it fixed whatever was wrong.... still no idea what actually broke...
