Im sure nearly everyone (who took notice) has not been able to close/open a Vault door once it has been opened. However this was not an issue with Fallout 3 and NV. It would be great to see such a think back in the game, and Bethesda don't seem to want to do anything about it, after submitting multiple feedback requests to them.
