Dawnguard CTD / Mod help

Two questions, one which hasn't been answered but I know enough that papyrus does nothing for me, and that is my game crashes after declining Harkons gift of vampire. ( I posted again since I havens figured out how to delete my other post) 

Second is any help with my mods I have installed in the case of if they could be causing ctds

Using mod manger by nexus, with SKSE.

A couple of observations here...

 

1. Your computer specs are just barely meeting "minimum" requirements to run the game. Meaning the more mods you add, it becomes a ticking time bomb. CTD's are the expected result.

 

2. Per your load order, I see 4 mods that I'm not sure about

What is DBM? I don't see it in your load order, just patches for it.
 
Also, comparing to your posted papyrus logs in the bug report, I see things like;

The reference number of "37" indicates you had more mods that you've uninstalled. Is that the missing DBM mod? If so, you should no longer require the patches for it.

 

It's generally bad practice to uninstall mods and continue your save game. Unexpected results and issues could happen.

The DBM is the legacy of a dragonborn mod patches I got rid of two of the patches just now. If I have more mods that I have uninstalled then how do I fix that without starting another save or from scratch. Im just trying to figure out the best way to stop CTD and the quest ones all together. Don't get me wrong the game runs smooth for the most part I only have an issue with the CTD.
