whitelion1284 Posted February 18, 2015 Share Posted February 18, 2015 The Companions, Athis and Torvar attack the Dragonborn in Whiterun. This seems to be related to siding with the Stormcloaks during the civil war and can temporarily be addressed by getting and clearing a bounty, but only for a short time. As a result Whiterun becomes something of a hot zone due to both NPC's having sandbox packages that cause them to wander. (Attempted to post on bug tracker and was denied.)
