Suggestion: Falmer weapon tempering

The dawnguard expansion adds a perk "DLC1DawnguardItemPerk" which allows one with the "Advanced Armors" blacksmithing perk to apply the x2 tempering bonus for armors with the following keywords:

DLC1ArmorMaterialDawnguard

DLC1ArmorMaterialVampire

DLC1ArmorMaterialFalmerHardened

DLC1ArmorMaterialFalmerHeavy

DLC1ArmorMaterialFalmerHeavyOriginal (affects the vanilla Falmer helmet/cuirass/boots/gauntlets but NOT the shield)

It seems they obviously intended to make the Advanced Armors perk affect all of the Falmer gear, since that's how all of the other smithing perks work. However, the keywords for the falmer shield (armormaterialfalmer) and all of the falmer weapons (weapmaterialfalmer and weapmaterialfalmerhoned) are left out, and so the shield and weapons do not benefit from the perk, therefore their armor/damage potential is much lower than they should be.

Fixing it is as simple as adding those keywords as item conditions to the 'Modify Tempering' entry of the DLC1DawnguardItemPerk. Or, even better, to the vanilla Advanced Armors perk, since all of those items are found in vanilla.
