Weird issue with meshes or textures or both

Have just cleared out Swindler's Den when I notice this issue, but the thing is that I also spotted this in the inner area and not in the outer area shown in the first picture.

I've seen this before in Skyrim and sometimes in Oblivion too, which is probably related to dirty meshes, but I'm not entirely sure about that.

Do you have any other mods that don't use an esp, like body replacers, armor replacers, texture packs?

Yes I use other replacers, but nothing like this has happen before so I cannot offer much information.

Slof's Creature Textures (Sabre Cat, Wolfs, Skeever, Horses and that could be a few more, but only Sabre Cat, Horses have I used before without having any problem)

 

Your replacers too, but I had to remove the Night Sky texture and so far the only one I had an issue with.  Also note that most of Slof's mods can only be downloaded on Wolflore which required registration.

Well, I'm not sure what you have going on. My Swindler's Den looks fine.

 

 

Long shot but try updating to the USKP 2.0.3 and go back and look?

Yep I didn't use the latest USKP (not everyone of USKP weren't updated) when that happen, but now I do use it since I started a new game yesterday.
