Fort Amol (Stormcloak) Garrison

I cleared out Fort Amol and the Stormcloaks took over, however, the dead bodies, blood, and burned corpses still remain from when the mages still inhabited the fort (screenshot). I wonder if this is intentional? It seems like it could be a bug to me, but I'd appreciate any feedback or opinions anyone may have on this before I add it to the TracDown as a bug.

Load up the CK with just Skyrim and Update selected. Worldspace "Tamriel", find FortAmolExterior in the list and load it. The Burnt Corpse (TreasBurntCorpse01) and 5 Stormcloak corpses (TreasCorpseCWSons*) are there, so they're likely to be "static" objects as much as the walls or the Alchemy workstation. I just checked in-game having competed the CW some time ago (Imperial side) and those corpses are still there, and IIRC they were there close to the beginning of the game (around Level 9 or 10, currently 60+) when I first visited there.

I find it rather odd that corpses would remain indefinitely. Surely someone would clear them away eventually?

Those can't be deliberate. They have to be missing an enable parent setting or something.
