tyrel68
the imperial officaer is heavy why is the stormcloak light? wouldnt it make sense to change it over to keep it in line?
PrinceShroob
The officer armor is fur, which has traditionally been light armor in all Elder Scrolls games. Imperial officer armor is clearly made of steel, which has traditionally been heavy armor in all Elder Scrolls games.
tyrel68
it does have metal possibly steel parts and the armor can be justifed as heavy by simply sayin the armor is decorated with color and fur which symbolizes the nord way
tyrel68
the skirt for the imperial armor is just a design choice and chainmail is all that protects the legs which can easily be incorperated into the leggins seen in the stormcloak officer armor
tyrel68
the bracers and boots can easily be steel simply covered
Writhes
Imperial armor has both light and heavy sets which have nothing to do with being officer armor however there is a helmet called imperial officer's helmet. With that said there is no reason to make the stormcloak officer's armor into a heavy set as there is no evidence suggesting that it was ever designed to be a heavy set.
