Phoenixguy7 Posted February 16, 2013 Share Posted February 16, 2013 WEDLVigilOfStendarr04 (Vigilants Patrol) has the targets moving toward WitchhunterLodgeMarker which is located inside Hall of Vigilant. Once this is destroyed at level 10 (Dawnguard), the marker no longer exists and the Vigilants will spawn but not patrol. The xmarker could be moved to Stendarr's Beacon instead. Phoenixguy7 Posted March 10, 2013 Author Share Posted March 10, 2013 If you have dawngaurd installed, the hall of the vigilant is wiped out at level 10. Vigilants still exist and pop up as random encounters (DG even adds new ones), hence why there is a bug. Per the OP, they spawn, but don't patrol (because they place they were set to patrol to has been destroyed. Putting the marker somewhere else fixes it).
