OnLoad errors - from 1.0

Got these in the log for my conjurer, who as of the save I had loaded, had never been using the USKP:

Also, the code to force the objectives for "Bring a Dragon Scale and a Dragon Bone to Esbern" and "Collect bounty from Skald" are not being removed from the journal. The spell for that block dealing with the Esbern objective IS being added though, so it's at least partially working.

My thief is still stuck with an encoded Gallius journal he can't drop as well, so that doesn't appear to be working either.
