Somewhat of a point of order. I think distribution of this mod should be kept consistent and it ought to stay as a ESP/BSA pair so that its loose files don't wind up crowding out any mods which are intentionally changing vanilla scripts and other things. With the current load order system, BSAs load before loose files in *ALL* cases and you can't override that except to force the unpacking of every other BSA file a user is working with.

Unless of course your intent is to drive traffic to Steam Workshop since that's the only way it works there

I just don't think we need to be dealing with bug reports along the lines of "the USKP stepped on my script and broke my mod" if it can be avoided.
