Crash at Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary 1.02 patch

Hello all I know this is my first post here but I have run across a problem with this patch and the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary. I have just started the Dark Brotherhood quest line and was about to enter the Darkbrotherhood Sanctuary for the first time. But as soon as I get in to the area of the door the game instantly CTD. It doesn't matter what direction I come from and I have tested all my other mods and this is the only one that makes the game crash in that area is there anyways of fixing this.

EisDrache, I suspect that it has something to do with navmeshes. Could you try downloading the Skyrim 1.5.26 beta and see if you still crash?

Well the problem goes away as soon as i disable the patch and i can go near and enter the Sanctuary with no problems

I've checked this with all 3 of my guys, two of whom have already finished the DB. I'm able to walk up to the sanctuary, fast travel to it, and go inside. Both of them in fact. With the USKP active. I suspect you've got some kind of mod conflict going on here.
