Gunslinger Perk Doesn't Increase Damage Deliverer and Silver Sidearm

Normally, gunslinger perk increase the damage of Deliverer and Silver Sidearm. But, when i install this patch, it no longer have any effect on those weapons. When i delete the mod, the problem solves. Can anyone help me about it?

 

Edit: I tried to re-install game. It's original. Next-gen.

 

Edit 2: I used the cheat system (deleted my old save)  and began a new. 10mm is effected the perk normally, but, Deliverer and Silver Sidearm still has problem. I took Problem Solver DLC gun with cheat codes to test and leveled up fastly to take Rifleman, and it's still working normally. The problem is with the Deliverer. If ı am not wrong, silver sidearm uses Deliverer model, so, ı guess that weapon affected as well.

I can also verify that the Silver Sidearm does not benefit from Gunslinger and this is because it is missing the pistol keyword on the newest version of the game and Unofficial Patch. The Deliverer does seem to benefit from Gunslinger as intended as of now.

In terms of vanilla content for keywords, the Wild Razorgrain has the keyword for HC_IgnoreAsFood which is nonstandard if the Unofficial Patch is going to remove HC_IgnoreAsFood for grown Razorgrain on survival. In Vanilla, grown Corn/Mutfruit/Tarberry and Wild Corn/Mutfruit/Tarberry are both food so there is absolutely no difference between the grown and wild variants at all. Either both should be considered food or neither.

If we go back to Creation Club content, there is also some keyword issues from the Slocum Joe esl such as restoring thirst for Brahmin Milk (much like Deezer's Lemonade) and Tea/Coffee (much like Nuka Cola), but alas they do not restore any thirst like vanilla items in ().

I'll attach screenshots of FO4Edit records of the first 2 things mentioned at least to show what I mean.
