sylaous Posted April 13 Share Posted April 13 Fresh download of Skyrim AE 1.6.1170 loaded game ran until just after helgon dragon attack. CC content downloaded. Windows10 No other mods loaded. Clean save Vanilla Skyrim Exe---- all good SKSE 0.2.2.6-----all good Add USSEP Vanilla------stuck running in place add USSEP SKSE----Stuck running in place. also have USCCCP installed. Can escape to menus, but during game play all other keyboard keys non functional. Can bring up console, but no commands are effective, ie..."enableplayercontrols", "player.tai"...and so forth. any help here would be appreciated. Attached are save files and screenshots of the differences. smr1957 Posted April 13 Share Posted April 13 just validating the files or uninstalling and reinstalling the game is not enough - files can get left over and they will continue to affect your game if you had previously modded it. Follow this guide EXACTLY and do everything it says to the letter: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2743619856 And DO NOT clean or edit the Master files or any Creation Club content. sylaous Posted April 14 Author Share Posted April 14 Fresh install as in steam uninstall the Shift+Delete of the skyrim folder then reinstall. BTW, I installed 'Live Another Life', and was able to get control back. It seems that something within the Intro and Helgon keep was not agreeing with USSEP.
