No drop-down menu for the bug tracker.

I don't see any drop-down menu below the VALIDATION message or anywhere from which to select to open a new issue. I can't report any bugs. I am logged in and my account is verified.

I already did that and, Nope, still nothing.

 

Edit: Now it works? I'm not sure. Weird.

I find I usually have to reload the page after logging in to get the bug tracker to display the "logged-in" version of the page. Not sure why it does that, but it's not a big deal as long as you're aware of it.
