DialogueMarkarthIntroBlacksmithScene should be StartSceneTriggerSpecificTime

Has setup bug discussed in

This scene's packages have timing conditions. When the player enters the trigger, they speak their lines from elsewhere (depending on time of day). It likely should use a different trigger, just as

This quest has two nearly identical scripts:

  • QF_DialogueMarkarthBlacksmith_00025F00
  • QF_DialogueMarkarthIntroBlack_00025F00

AFAICT, neither of them does anything. Bethesda couldn't get the scene to work properly? Changing name of quest causes duplicate script?
