Arthmoor
The XLOC subrecord issue (the one producing the lock level errors) is being addressed in TES5Edit/Dump. I don't think Dump has been updated yet with all the information. The CK no longer sets lock level 0 to indicate Novice, it's not clear when this was changed, but it used to be saved as a 0 which is why the USKP comes up with those. They're not real errors. As for cleaning in general, while either program is still in beta/testing phases the USKP will have to live with whatever dirty/wild edits exist. It is not the appropriate platform to rely on routines that haven't been 100% vetted yet.
Leonardo
This is probably wrong thread to post it, but why not have a thread for your progress with USKP with a listed changelog for USKP versions only. Why I mention this is about the difference between USKP 1.2.1 and the USKP 1.2.2 beta, because in the changelog for USKP 1.2.1 it says nothing about what Skyrim version it requires but the USKP 1.2.2 has such remark. Arthmoor
The version requirement is whatever the latest non-beta official patch is. Pretty sure the documentation mentions this more than once.
Leonardo
Not sure I really get what you're after. I mean this and why not have a disclaimer about other USKP versions ("It is not recommend to use this version if you have Skyrim 1.8 Beta") or similar. Perhaps have a note about what USKP version is safe to use with Skyrim 1.7/1.8 beta patch. REQUIRES SKYRIM 1.8 BETA PATCH! Do not install if you have not opted in to the Steam beta. AndalayBay
Oh, I see. I think Leo is referring to the descriptions on the download pages, Arthmoor. I have to admit I was a little unsure which version to grab, myself. I had to look at the betas and verify that they were for the Skyrim beta before I determined that I wanted the non-beta versions. Arthmoor
Either version will work with less than 1.8, but the beta only works with 1.8. So it's the only one carrying a red warning label. Once 1.8 comes out of beta there won't be such a warning label anymore.
Leonardo
You're right Anda and that was my point nothing else.
Ysne58
The 1.8 patch just went live on my computer a couple of minutes ago.
Arthmoor
Yep, same as the second beta for 1.8. Time to swap the unofficial patches over to the live side now
