Fps boost for fo4
By terso
GREAT FPS BOOST
DESCRIPTION :
1- The tweaks GIVES A HIGH FPS BOOST by tweaking the shadows (most of them removed) . NOTE : sunny days are still there , no big shadow everywhere . The night time areas kind of blend together a bit more and the dark areas (interiors) are a bit lighter since the shadows are different . please note that even with "Darker nights" installed it will look a bit lighter, so you may want to use a darker setting version of "Darker Nights" if you aren't running the darkest one yet. Things like expanded metal with fire in them still cast their coolguy shadows, so the game does not look like it's had all shadows stripped out, for anyone wondering.
2- The fog esp. addresses the fog problem of the game for more fps, especially in interiors . it only modifies one record (lowering the directional fog power from 8 to 1) . it doesn't remove it or make it distant, it makes it ~ still instead so it doesn't eat your fps .

TESTIMONIALS :
1- I find nothing at all 'fishy' about your suggestions to get better fps from the game. In fact, I find the directions very clear, and the results are extremely good! Not only did my fps increase by 20fps, but the overall effect was to increase the gamma of the game, making everything seem much brighter and crisp. The game was, to me, always too dark when indoors, and this makes things just right, without having to use the Pip-Boy light. Overall, I rate your tweak a 10 out of 10. Just to settle those who are super picky about nouns ...
2- Wow, it works! Thx a lot, endorsed.
3-Wow!!! It just works!!! Previously I got 4-8 fps. It was a headache. But now I run smoothly with 60+ even in the city Its a miracle.
4- You All Merely Adopted the Lag. I was born in it. Molded by it.
I didn't even see 29+FPS until I used this mod. (response to that post from another user) : Great speech, my friend. BTW i was gonna write this before i realized your post.
INSTALLATION :
DOWNLOAD "GREAT FPS BOOST FILE" , UNPACK ANYWHERE , OPEN (the instructions file) IN NOTEPAD , choose your option (very easy steps) .
NOTES :
YOU CAN USE ONLY THE ESP OR ONLY THE TWEAKS (I SUGGEST USING BOTH OF THEM FOR MAX RESULTS) .
IMPORTANT :
Please, if you decided to use the ini. tweaks, don't forget to set your pref.ini to "read only" after doing the modifications .
CREDITS :
ALL CREDITS GOES TO SCRABBULOR FOR THE INI TWEAKS (GIVE HIM A BIG KUDDOS) .
many thanks for Mr.dave for his help and testing and images (give him a kuddos too) .
the esp was made with fo4edit , so many thanks for the guys working on it too . (don't give them any kuddos they already have a lot) (just kidding) .
Have fun .

Silent Voice Generator
By Enter_77
Silent Voice Generator is an audio file utility designed to process the quest dialogue text documents exported by the Creation Kit and generate silent voice and lip-synch files based on user-defined parameters.
Features
Support for all Gamebryo / Creation Engine based games in The Elder Scrolls and Fallout series from The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and Fallout 3 onwards
Bulk processing of multiple dialogue text documents
Generate silent audio files for dialogue with a length of up to 30 seconds
Moving lip-synch files (.LIP) to match audio file length
Optional game directory auto-detection for quick audio file installation
Toggleable safety mechanic to prevent existing audio files from being overwritten
Supports all valid audio codecs for dialogue in each respective game
Output text logs in the same delimited format as the source documents containing all dialogue lines that had audio files generated
Stats Mode: Run through the file generation process without creating any actual files on the disk. Useful for counting the number of files that would normally be generated and for finding dialogue lines missing an audio file regardless of the hardcoded "File Found" entry in the exported text documents.
Required
Java 8
Alternative Solutions
If left uncompressed, using silent audio files for nonvoiced dialogue can rapidly consume disk space, especially for large mods with thousands of lines. For the end-user, there are alternative, runtime solutions that do away with the need for these silent audio files.

UFO4P 2.0.2 Workshop Scripts recompiled in debug mode
By Sclerocephalus
The workshop scripts (WorkshopParentScript, WorkshopScript, WorkshopObjectScript, WorkshopNPCScript and WorkshopAttackScript) from UFO4P 2.0.2, recompiled in debug mode.
This is for helping to track down the causes of workshop-related issues.
DO NOT USE THESE FILES IF YOU DON'T HAVE UFO4P 2.0.2 INSTALLED.
For installation drop the pex files in your fallout4\data\scripts folder. Make sure that logging is enabled in papyrus.ini. To uninstall, delete the pex files that came with this download from your fallout4\data\scripts folder. If you have UFO4P installed, removal of the files won't have any consequences (if you don't, installation still works but subsequent file removal may irreparably corrupt your saves).
