Windows Action Center Does Not Work After Installing 'Total War'

Hello there, friends. I recently encountered a serious problem on my Windows 10 computer after installing 'Total War'. The issue is that the Windows action center does not function properly after installing the game. I'm not sure what the problem could be. Not solving the problem on my own, I began searching online and came across this specific post. I used the final solution in this post. However, the problem persists.

Could someone please assist me in resolving the problem? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Miguel,

Odds on there was a problem with the windows Tile DB some time before, when Total War install tried to make a shortcut, other problems showed up as well.
