npcs that turn into vamps wont stay as vamps when i load the save

so im useing better vamps every time npcs that turn into vamps wont stay as vamps when i load the same save which they are vamps get marked as not vamps maybe some can help with that to nail down what mods might cause this

Indeed, that is likely one of the most mysterious bugs at any point I'd take a chance with saying this playthrough is reviled, however keep the save document as a token, save it with an alternate name or something to that effect.
