Crash to Desktop in Pinewatch near the swivel bookcase leading down the tunnel

PC/Steam, the only way I was able to bypass this area was to run recklessly down the tunnel.

 

Otherwise, if I played how I wanted, involving moving the bucket of wine our of the way and cautiously looking down the tunnel and thinking about what I want to do, CTD every time.
