Bobbi won't talk to me

I couldn't work out how to post to the bug tracker so I'm posting it here (hope that's ok).

So there's a miscellaneous quest to "talk to bobbi" in goodneighbour. She's behind this metal door where she's suppose to open a latch when the player is near to offer you a job to start the quest "the big dig" but she doesn't speak to me no matter what. I've tried loading my oldest save but still nothing. I was told doing the quest "the silver shroud" first creates the bug if that helps.

open the console and enter setstage ms16 15 , this will make her open the door

Sorry should've mentioned I'm playing on PlayStation so no console commands for me.

We fixed several issues related to "The Big Dig" and the door you're describing. Unfortunately, the fixes can't be included in the Playstation version of the UFO4P due to Sony's asset restrictions.
