it looks like I must be using the Wrye Bash 307.201911090103 - Standalone Executable.7z, which I downloaded on 10 November '19. It's been working fine since I downloaded and installed it.

In Bain I was trying to install this files "Frida the Lioness ver1 (CBBE)-193-1.7z" (Mjoll replacer) from the mod "Frida Follower and Mjoll Replacer".

When I clicked to install it threw an error that looked similar to the above error mssg, but said "Immersive Horses" was the mod mentioned in final line. 

I clicked the Mods tab to look to see if it showed 'Freda' had installed and about 2/3 of previously installed mods no longer were.

And anytime I clicked in the box to try to activate it, I got a little window with an error message and it, and the square would not get the + and turned green.

I closed down Wrye Bash tried restarted and that's when I got the above error message.
