Earthquake-like bug after escaping Helgen

(PS4) I've escaped Helgen, and now I consistently see a slightly shaky screen and my controller vibrates, about every 20-30 seconds. If I pause, it stops. Will there be a fix for this?

We can't do anything on our end. Controller vibration is an engine level function. Only Bethesda can fix such issues.
