To Note:

I'm running Windows 8 and I'm using the latest installer version from DropBox. I do normally use MO2 but I only mention it to say that there are no mods in my Data folder. I'm trying to run Wrye Bash's executable straight from it's installation folder and not through MO2 just to test it. Even if there are no mods in my data folder shouldn't I at least be able to see the DLCs? I have Wrye Bash installed to the following folder on an additional drive where Steam is installed. F:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Mopy
