Wrye Bash. Error at start up.

Hello everyone. I want to report a bug while trying to use Wrye Bash, for it would not even open. I am trying to get into a modded Skyrim once again, and I need Wrye Bash to make bashed patches. But after installinf it and trying to open it, only the logo woild succesfully appear before an error message pops up. What am I doing wrong? I just want to play the game, modded as I did years ago.

This is the complete message, nothing is left aside:

Wrye Bash encountered an error.

What solution does this error have? I already tried to reinstall Wrye Bash several times to no avail. What can I do? can I survive without bashed patches?

I'm in the same situation, albeit using Oblivion.

For me, WB (307 Beta1 standalone) was working great then I used "TES4LODGen.exe" a couple of days ago after that I closed WB down but when I tried to open WB again it flashed a quick error then shut off after that I tried any of the later versions I could get my hands on (installer, Python or Standalone) but they all seem to give me the same error. this is the latest one from the debug:
