Fallout 4 has a bug where you equip any power armor helmet and it gives you triple resistances on the head-area. This was tested on 1.10.89 clean install with no mods or F4SE and also with the unofficial patch, the result is the same. It has also been reported to Bethesda, though not holding my breath.
