Undecided where to move my site

Recently, I got a news mail for my current hosting company CityNetwork.se and they informed me about what is gonna to happen later this year.

They had sold their entire webhotel business to Loopia, a Swedish hosting company, and at the end of this year.  Here is the reason for that and after reading the comments about it, I decided no way I'll not move my site to Loopia.

Also, compare what service each company has and you might understand why I want to move my site to another hosting company soon.

If that wasn't enough, now I got another problem in RL that affects my budget.  So a picking a new hosting company needs to be a budget variant or just cheap.

So today I searched for Swedish hosting companies and read this top 10 list.  If something similiar exist 'over there' which hosting company would you choose?

Any comments, suggestions, and thoughts are welcome.

If you want a VPS, Linode has data centers around the world. They're a tad more expensive than Digital Ocean, but Linode has better server configurations.

Didn't see this before but I second the suggestion for Linode. They have some very cheap plans and should have a datacenter close enough to Sweden to be ideal for you.

I should have mentioned that I was not looking for a VPS, just a hosting company that offers a cheap web hotell.  Which Inleed.se, the middle one, had so I moved my site in late October and one would say just in the eleventh hour so to speak.
