Thanks @sibir turns out I had forgotten to add the bsa_installer thing to the _key_attrs dict - good catch - try newest one from here https://github.com/wrye-bash/wrye-bash/actions/runs/8739254094

Reinstall it, something didn't get installed properly for whatever reason.
