is this normal map missing?

i try to convert a follwer to sse by nifscope ,it works well but two armour (the others looks well by converting),it looks like normal map missing,anybody can help?

Black in SSE means that tangents are missing, use the latest NifSkope to add and update them, or SSE NIF Optimizer tool.

actually ,i did.only this armour and another one  (both with translucent clothes )still balck and the stocking was terrible

If tangents are missing, normal maps won't get processed (so he was actually not that wrong).

 

Same in classic Skyrim btw.

Then there's probably something extra wrong with those meshes, such as improper skin partitions. Have you tried the new Nif Optimizer?

yes, 11 of 13 armour were converted well while 2 of  13  with such trouble

the 2 both contain translucent clothes

That appears to be a problem with the shader settings.
