Delphine Won't talk to me

I am doing "A Blade in the Dark" quest and after i killed the dragon, the quest says to talk to Delphine and she will not talk to me.  This is for Xbox 1

There's a bug report for this in our tracker. Seems to be a rather "popular" bug at the moment on the XB1. If you could add details about how this happened to you on the ticket, with your load order, that could help solve it.

I was doing the quest and fast traveled to Windhelm and immediately went to the where the dragon resurrects and killed him

 

My load order is:

"Cheat Room" appears to be a mod specifically for the Xbox1 console that allows you to perform functions that are equivalent to console commands on the PC version. As is explained in this bug ticket, we can't possibly offer support for those who use these types of mods since it's next to impossible to determine whether or not the bug is occurring as a result of use of any commands that might impact the progress of the quest.
